The Distillery District can be a wonderful place for an engagement session, but be prepared for crowds and the cost of a permit to shoot there. Permits for 4 hours of continuous shooting is $254.25 and you will be approached if your pass is not visible. The Distillery District, I think, is the one place where it’s worth it to shoot your engagement. There is so much variety in one location and this year they added a lock and key feature spelling out the word love. Although it was so busy I had to be creative in this spot in order just to get a shot, but they also added a huge red heart on one end of the property that is pretty cool.
Shooting on this day was freezing and we were certainly taking some breaks to warm up, but Rebecca and Craig were troopers and we were able to get some great images regardless of the 4pm sun and the cold.

One last one before they head off to the hockey game.
