Elliott Tree Farm asked if I could photograph the property to get it ready to market to the wedding industry. I welcomed the opportunity to photograph at this location with stunning barns, immaculate horse stables, a cute red private plane, a variety of fields, a pond complete with dock and row boat, horse pastures with horses, settlers cabin with wrap around deck, gardens, wild flowers, lane ways dripping with light and gorgeous light streaming through everywhere. This is a brides dream location for a wedding or photography.
Thank you to Alissa Byl for modelling for me.
Parson’s Florist: Bridal Bouquet
Monarkey Staging & Photo: for the gorgeous tufted chairs
This is the stunning laneway entrance to the property and with the gorgeous light in the background it’s the ideal spot for photography any time of day.
The property also has the cutest red private airplane that is ideal for a prop in wedding photos.
The large barn on the property is stunning to say the least……clean, empty, ideal for ceremony or backup plan for photography on rainy days.
This is the view from inside the large barn looking out the back onto the horse pastures filled with horses also for an added touch to your images.
Beautiful backlight inside the cleanest horse stables I’ve seen in a long time.
The light streaming through trees against the wooden fences
The pond at dusk, what else can I say. Except prepare to get your toes wet to get on the dock, but isn’t it worth it for these photos?
All throughout this large property are wild flowers in abundance.
This settlers cabin has been on the property for a long time and is an ideal backdrop for wedding photography.
The pond comes complete with a row boat and we took these images without even getting it in the water.
Did I mention there are fields galore too. This is next to a corn field when the light was just going down.
This was taken at the back of the horse stable with gorgeous barn board surrounding my bride.
We are in the horse stable again and this is the light you will see as you walk through from the parking lot.
Laneways are ideal places for photography with covered shade, or harsh lighting filtering through you can get so many different types of images by just moving a few feet.
